We are seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience. This role requires strong communication skills, hospitality management knowledge, and the ability to handle guest inquiries with professionalism. Bilingual abilities and hotel management experience are highly valued to enhance guest relations and support our resort's reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
Manage multi-line phone systems, respond to guest inquiries, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions
Handle guest requests efficiently, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction
Maintain accurate reservation records and update guest information in the hotel management system
Assist with night audit duties, balancing accounts and preparing reports as needed
Provide exceptional guest services, including resolving issues promptly and professionally
Uphold phone etiquette standards while managing front desk operations
Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations
Support guest relations initiatives to foster a welcoming environment in the resort
Experience
Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations preferred
Hotel experience, particularly in guest services or night audit roles, is highly desirable
Multilingual skills or bilingual proficiency are considered a strong asset
Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is advantageous
Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
Experience working in a resort or luxury hotel environment is a plus
