MUST be able to work 3:00pm - 11:00pm. This team member is crucial to our success working closely with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to ensure the property is running smoothly and the guests are taken care of.

The person selected for this role will have:

1 to 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry working the desk OR has had experience supervising a team. Computer efficiency including basic to intermediate skills in Word, Excel and Outlook Passion for customer service and resolving customer complaints Strong ability to multitask and prioritize Problem identification and resolution skills Proven ability to coach and counsel team members
