Overview

Join our energetic and welcoming team as a

Front Desk Agent

for the

evening shift (3PM - 11PM)

As the face of the property during peak guest arrival hours, you'll play a key role in creating an outstanding first impression and ensuring a smooth, memorable experience from check-in to check-out. You'll handle guest interactions with professionalism and warmth, helping every guest feel at home while upholding our brand's commitment to exceptional hospitality.

What You'll Do

Welcome arriving guests with genuine hospitality and assist them through a smooth check-in process. Manage evening arrivals, reservations, and pre-arrival requests to ensure readiness and accuracy. Provide prompt and courteous service to guests throughout the evening, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns efficiently. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to fulfill guest needs and maintain a polished, guest-ready environment. Prepare for late check-ins and ensure all evening tasks are completed before transitioning into the overnight shift. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and balance reports as part of the evening audit preparation process. Answer phones professionally and assist with room service, wake-up calls, or local information inquiries. Ensure the lobby and front desk areas remain welcoming, organized, and secure throughout your shift.

Basic Qualifications

A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction. Strong communication and multitasking skills, especially during busy evening check-in periods. Dependability and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience preferred but not required

customer service experience is a plus
