Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression through excellent phone etiquette and guest interaction Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently to handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests with professionalism Check guests in and out swiftly while verifying reservations and processing payments accurately Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences Handle guest concerns promptly and courteously, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction and loyalty Maintain accurate records of guest stays, billing details, and special requests for smooth operations Assist with night audit procedures when scheduled, reconciling accounts and preparing reports for management

Experience

Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is highly preferred Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality management principles Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a significant advantage for communicating with diverse guests Familiarity with front desk software, multi-line phone systems, and guest relations tools is beneficial Knowledge of hotel operations, including night audit procedures and guest services protocols Ability to stay organized under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanor in fast-paced environments Experience working in resort or hospitality settings enhances your ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences
