Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
Manage multi-line phone systems, handle guest inquiries, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions
Maintain accurate guest records and reservations using hotel management software
Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction
Process payments, manage billing, and handle guest requests efficiently
Support night audit procedures as needed, ensuring financial accuracy at the end of each shift
Uphold high standards of phone etiquette, guest services, and overall hospitality excellence
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards
Assist in managing guest relations to foster a welcoming environment in the resort
Requirements
Prior experience in hotel management, front desk operations, or guest services preferred
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
Knowledge of hospitality management systems and hotel operations is a plus
Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, or holidays as needed
Previous experience in resort or hotel environments is advantageous
Demonstrated ability to handle guest concerns with tact and professionalism
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional hospitality certifications are a plus
Pay: $11.00 - $12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 37.0 per week
