Greet and assist guests in a professional, welcoming manner
Check guests in and out efficiently
Handle reservations, phone calls, and guest inquiries
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Coordinate with housekeeping and management as needed
Qualifications:
Customer service experience preferred (hotel or hospitality experience a plus)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Dependable, punctual, and professional appearance
Basic computer skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
