What you'll do

Greet and check in guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a smooth arrival experience. Manage reservations and provide accurate information regarding room availability and hotel services. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Conduct night audits to ensure accuracy in financial transactions and reporting. Maintain an organized front desk area while managing multi-line phone systems efficiently. Assist in coordinating guest services, including concierge duties and special requests. Foster positive relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits and referrals.

Basic qualifications

Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations. Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred qualifications

Experience in hotel management or a similar hospitality role. Preferred Marriott experience. Bilingual or multilingual skills to cater to diverse guests. Familiarity with resort operations and front desk software systems. Previous experience conducting night audits is a plus.
