Job Summary


We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional guest services at our resort/hotel. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and smooth check-in/check-out process. This role requires excellent communication skills, hospitality management experience, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. Hotel Management knowlege is highly valued as there is room for growth in our company!

Duties



Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, handling guest inquiries and reservations Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience Handle guest requests promptly, including room changes, special accommodations, and concierge services Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details Assist with night audit procedures to ensure financial accuracy and reporting compliance Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure seamless communication across all front desk operations Manage guest relations to foster loyalty and positive reviews

Qualifications



Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred Flexibility in schedule and willingness to work multiple shifts to get maximum hours. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally during peak times or emergencies Familiarity with night audit procedures is advantageous Hospitality management or hotel experience is highly desirable Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
