- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as required
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, especially if fluent in languages commonly spoken by hotel guests
- Proficiency in hospitality management software systems
- Bilingual skills are an asset for effective communication with diverse guests
- Knowledge of front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures and room assignments
