What you'll do
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with the check-in process, ensuring all necessary information is collected accurately.
Manage guest inquiries and requests promptly, providing information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
Handle reservations efficiently using hotel management software while ensuring accuracy in bookings and modifications.
Conduct night audits to ensure all financial transactions are balanced and accurate at the end of each day.
Maintain clear communication with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs swiftly.
Answer multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while assisting callers.
Resolve guest complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities for exceptional service.
Foster positive relationships with guests to enhance their overall experience and encourage repeat visits.
Basic qualifications
Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor that makes guests feel welcome.
Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Preferred qualifications
Experience in hospitality management or hotel management is highly desirable.
