We are seeking a polished, detail-oriented

Front Desk / Receptionist / Administrative Coordinator

with exceptional communication and organizational skills to join our low-volume, high-touch concierge medical clinic on the south side of Maui. This full-time, on-site position is central to delivering an outstanding patient experience and supporting seamless clinical operations.

Our approach blends conventional internal medicine with cutting-edge diagnostics and therapeutics, spanning everything from primary care and IV therapy to metabolic and hormonal optimization, regenerative treatments, hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT), and curated wellness programs designed to support prevention, performance, and lifelong vitality.

Our intentionally low-volume model allows us to offer deeper connection, more time with patients, and precision-focused care.

What You'll Do



You will serve as the first point of contact and the central hub of clinic communication and operations, ensuring that every patient interaction reflects warmth, professionalism, and exceptional service.

Core Responsibilities:



Welcome patients in person and by phone with a polished, personable demeanor Manage schedules, appointment flow, and front desk operations Coordinate patient communications via phone, email, and secure messaging Support membership management, billing tasks, and checkout processes Assist with intake, forms, records, and EMR documentation Maintain clinic organization, supplies, and daily operational readiness Support logistics for IV therapy, HBOT, and regenerative services check-ins Work closely with physician and nursing staff to anticipate needs and streamline processes Contribute to continuous improvement and the refinement of internal systems

Who You Are



Prior experience in a medical office, luxury hospitality, high-level service, or wellness environment preferred Exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal instincts and professional presence Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems (EMR experience a plus) Calm under pressure, reliable, adaptable, and solutions-focused Team-oriented, growth-oriented, and committed to service excellence Passionate about wellness, integrative medicine, and supporting a mission-driven clinic
