This position manages front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and assisting customers, vendors, and applicants. The Administrative Assistant also provides light bookkeeping support, assists with permitting processes and documentation, and ensures smooth office operations through organized filing, accurate data entry, and timely follow-up communication.
