Tuesday through Friday from 10 am to 3 pm
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a counter attendant, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service to our customers and ensuring smooth operations at our establishment. Duties:
- Greet customers and provide them with menus
- Take customer orders and accurately enter them into the POS system
- Serve food and beverages to customers promptly
- Answer customer questions about menu items and provide recommendations
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Adhere to all food handling and safety guidelines
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive dining experience
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Knowledge of food service procedures and standards
- Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing
- Ability to handle food safely and follow sanitation guidelines
