This position offers a base salary range of $78,807 - $131,346 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, plus bonus based on company performance.

Overview:
Manage labor, equipment, and processes associated with ready to eat (RTE) production operations in order to meet daily production goals. Ensure quality, sanitation, and food safety standards are met while promoting a culture of employee and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
1. Define measureable, individual performance goals, monitor and communicate via regular feedback and annual performance reviews.
2. Provide developmental opportunities for all direct reports.
3. Coach direct reports to maximize development of internal talent.
4. Schedule and supervise all labor and equipment associated with all operations within RTE production.
5. Promote a culture of customer service and satisfaction by creating, communicating, training and maintaining standard operating procedures for every task within the department to produce products of the highest quality and food safety. Promote an environment of accountability for all activities performed in the department.
6. Monitor compliance with all applicable regulatory (OSHA, USDA, HACCP, Health Department, and Department of Labor) requirements as well as Sheetz policies/procedures.
7. Support continuous improvement efforts throughout the Supply Chain. Encourage employee involvement in continuous improvement by promoting process ownership and teamwork.
8. Monitor and create reports on operational performance metrics.
9. Assist in new product development projects for successful product launches
Qualifications:
(Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)

EducationHigh School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required Certificate or Degree in Food Science or Food Safety preferred


ExperienceMinimum 5 years' experience working in a production environment required Minimum 1-year supervisory experience required Previous experience in food manufacturing/production preferred


Licenses/CertificationsNone required


Tools & Equipment (Other than general office equipment):Hand tools (hammer, measuring devices, wrench, level, etc.) Motorized Equipment (generators, pressure washer, fork lift, etc.)
