Freight Specialist

Capitol City Produce needs a Freight Specialist who can coordinate complex inbound freight operations with precision and creativity. If you love solving puzzles, building relationships, and ensuring everything arrives exactly when and where it should, this is your calling!

What You'll Do:

Build efficient loads that optimize both logistics and costs Negotiate competitive freight rates with carriers Coordinate seamlessly between shippers, growers, and internal teams Troubleshoot issues proactively before they become problems Schedule deliveries and manage the entire inbound flow
