Key Responsibilities
Create files and manage data entry throughout the lifecycle of shipments.
Track and trace shipments for smooth origin-to-destination flow.
Quote and route by negotiating carrier rates and setting profitable customer sell rates.
Handle documentation with meticulous detail to ensure accuracy, completeness, and operations that exceed standards.
Resolve daily issues like shipment delays or billing to maintain seamless operations.
Email management and inbox triage.
Essential Skills We're Looking For
Organizational & Multitasking: Manage multiple tasks and projects in a dynamic setting.
