- Part time includes weekends, hours will vary.

is hiringFreight Elevator Operator/Porter
. As a Freight Elevator Operator, you will be responsible for operating freight elevators to transport goods and materials within a building or warehouse. You will ensure the safe and efficient movement of items between different floors while following all relevant safety protocols.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as an elevator operator or in a similar role. Knowledge of operating freight elevators and basic maintenance procedures. Ability to follow instructions and safety regulations. Good physical condition and strength to lift heavy items. Excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Operate freight elevators to move goods and materials to different levels within the building. Inspect elevators to ensure they are in proper working condition. Monitor the elevator operation and respond to any issues or emergencies promptly. Follow safety procedures and guidelines while operating the elevator. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the elevator and surrounding area. Keep records of items transported and report any maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel.
