Responsibilities
Help manage operations team of 6+ employees. Help delegate responsibilities throughout the office and provide all operational support is tasked properly Present services to prospective clients and maintain current relationships Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company's reputation Negotiate agreements and carrier relationships
Skills
Proven experience in the Transportation field. Freight Brokerage added plus! Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles Outstanding knowledge of Excel Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships Organizational and time-management skills Enthusiastic and passionate
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year plus Commissions/bonus opportunities
