Are you a freight operations pro who thrives under pressure? We're seeking a Freight Broker Operations Specialist with at least 3 years of industry experience and a solid background in LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight. This role is all about execution, precision, and keeping freight moving in a high-paced logistics environment.

What You'll Do:

Manage and track daily shipments from start to finish Coordinate with carriers, dispatch, and customers to ensure smooth execution Work with LTL carriers to secure capacity and resolve challenges quickly Troubleshoot issues and provide timely solutions to keep freight on schedule Maintain accurate load documentation, BOLs, and system updates Operate in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same
What We're Looking For:

3+ years experience in freight brokerage, trucking, or logistics operations Hands-on LTL experience required Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication and multitasking abilities A proactive, team-first mindset with the ability to thrive under deadlines
