a beautiful 5-star, privately owned skilled nursing facility in Danielson CT, is seeking aEvery Weekend / Every other weekend RN Baylor Supervisor 7p-7a
to join their team of highly skilled professionals. Davis Place is a newly renovated facility with a great managerial support structure and is well known for their outstanding patient care and legendary customer service.Work 24 hours and get paid for 32 hours!!!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Coordinate nursing functions with doctors, patients and interdisciplinary team. Assess and evaluate patients and ensure quality standards of the highest degree in nursing activities. Comply with facility standards, Federal, State and Local regulations. Supervise nursing staff in carrying out patient care duties. Monitor ongoing performance of the nursing staff. Adjust schedules and assignments of nursing needs to ensure resident needs are met.
Qualifications:
Active CT RN license Previous experience in supervisory role in LTC setting Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Schedule:
Saturday and Sunday 7p-7a
