Our client in the food industry is seeking a Franchise Recruiter to join their team. As an Franchise recruiter, you will be supporting upper management. The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, adaptable and willing to learn new things, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Franchise Recruiter
Location: Torrance, CA
Pay Rate (or Pay Range, if required): $18-19/hr.
What\xe2\x80\x99s the Job?
- Present and influence potential Franchise owners by telephone and email
- Negotiate and \xe2\x80\x98close the deal\xe2\x80\x99 with potential franchisees
- Assess store\xe2\x80\x99s business sales
- Other duties as assigned
- Minimum 2 \xe2\x80\x93 3 yrs. experience in office environment
- Must have excellent computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Access and database software
- Required Korean, Chinese or Burmese speaker
