Best Home Furnishing is currently seeking qualified individuals interested in a Frames Builder position at our Ferdinand Indiana facility.

Our Frames Associates work in a fast pace, high volume, group rate incentive environment.

Job Requirements:

Sub assemble frames. This could require use of jig to square off frames and install frame parts according to work instruction requirements using staple gun, nail gun, or hammer as required. Must be willing to float to other lines when production dictates. Maintain consistent work pace. Able to work scheduled hours on a regular basis; teamwork; adhere to quality standards and safety practices Lifting up to 20 lbs maximum; 25%-frequent All other duties as assigned

Maintain consistent work pace Able to work schedule hours on a regular basis - which could include overtime Able to work within a team adhere to quality standards and safety practices as defined in the work instructions Repetitive use of the upper body Possess willingness to cross-train on other jobs as production dictates Able to stand for extended periods of time.

Education or experience required:

High school or equivalent
