Work begins promptly at

7am and ending at 3:30pm, Monday through Friday

. (Summer hours are from 6am-2:30pm to beat the heat!)

Summary
NWBS is searching for a

Framer

to construct and assemble walls, floors, and roofs. Employees must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and must also possess a high degree of integrity and the ability to analyze a variety of problems while working independently. Time management and organizational skills are also essential.
Duties and Responsibilities

Consistently utilize all required safety equipment and follow proper framing procedures in compliance with OSHA guidelines. Maintain a good attendance record. Proper use of measurements Pneumatic nail guns and saws Install installation Read blueprints & tape measures Assembly of materials, lumber, sheetrock, decking, sub sheeting.
Qualifications:

Comply with OSHA standards Ability to lift and carry objects 75 and over on occasion. Can consistently reach above and below shoulder level. Ability to read and understand measurements Ability to take direction, and work in a team with others. Can meet our daily schedule and possible overtime when necessary. Ability to climb ladders, use hoist and use man lifts to perform work duties. Provide own small hand tools.

Pay: $17.50 - $21.00 per hour
