Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented Framing Technician to help create high-quality custom picture frames and canvas stretcher bars. Responsibilities include accurately measuring, cutting, and joining moulding to build custom-sized frames, as well as cutting and assembling wooden stretcher bars for canvas stretching. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with saws and basic hand tools, follows precise measurements, and maintains a clean, safe workspace. Experience is a plus, but we're willing to train someone with strong attention to detail and a good work ethic.

Responsibilities:

Measure and cut moulding to create custom picture frames Join frame components with precision and accuracy Cut and assemble wooden stretcher bars for canvas stretching Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition Ensure quality control on all finished frame and stretcher bar builds Follow safety procedures and keep a clean, organized workspace

Qualifications:

Ability to read measurements and use saws and basic hand tools Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Willingness to learn framing techniques (training provided) Reliability, good work ethic, and ability to work independently or with a team

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
