$700,000.00 per year (base, after Launch) -- plus a success-fee of $3,500,000.00 at the first Liquidity Event (see Compensation Policy)

RLD Sustain will launch a

Utah-domiciled pure captive insurer

that self-insures one hundred percent of RLD Sustain's risks across renewable energy, battery energy storage systems, construction, rail, real estate, electric-vehicle charging, and related financial protection products. We operate cash-only compensation (no equity), remote-first regulatory filings, and rigorous board governance.

Role Summary

We will appoint a

Founding President and Chief Executive Officer

to

design, license, and launch

RLD Sustain Insurance Company. The executive begins as a

consultant

(success-fee only) and converts to

full-time W-2

employment after our first Liquidity Event.

Important:

RLD Sustain will

pay all regulatory fees, statutory capital and surplus, and any required deposits

prepare and execute the plan and documentation

Key Responsibilities

Lead insurer formation with the Utah regulator; submit all company and product filings through approved electronic portals, email, or mail (no travel required for filings). Prepare the capitalization plan and statutory deposit documentation; coordinate timing and mechanics.

RLD Sustain provides all funds.

Design and place reinsurance programs (quota share and excess of loss) and implement any trust or collateral arrangements required. Establish policy administration, claims administration, financial controls, an investment policy focused on preservation of principal, treasury and wire controls, and records retention. Implement enterprise risk management and governance suitable for regulator and auditor review. Build and lead teams across underwriting, actuarial, compliance, claims, finance, and technology. Provide executive reporting on solvency requirements, reserves, operating results, and reinsurance recoverables.

Required Experience

Prior success as a president, chief underwriting officer, chief operating officer, or similar leader at a licensed insurer, managing general agent, reinsurer, or captive with multi-line authority. Documented experience launching new products in multiple United States jurisdictions and obtaining regulator approvals. Proven placement of reinsurance programs and experience with trust and collateral arrangements. Built actuarial, underwriting, claims, and compliance functions from early stage to scale. Familiarity with renewable-energy property risks, battery energy storage systems, construction all-risk and erection all-risk, and complex casualty programs.

Core Qualifications

Mastery of regulatory licensing, insurer financials, solvency requirements, investment policies, internal controls, and documentation that withstands regulator and auditor review. Program discipline in schedule control, risk and compliance, and board-level communication. High-trust engagement with regulators, reinsurance partners, boards, lenders, and rating-focused stakeholders.

Technical Background (Preferred)

Degree in insurance, finance, economics, engineering, or a related field; professional credentials are welcome.

All filings are submitted by portal, email, or mail; vendors invoice RLD directly. No travel is required or authorized for filings.

Post-Launch (W-2 Conversion):

Base salary $700,000

No equity or equity-like instruments.

Work Arrangement

Remote (United States) Initially.

Virtual meetings with regulators, reinsurance partners, and the Board. Governing law and venue will be set forth in the consulting and employment agreements. Then after our official launch you will convert from a remote operating Consultant to a Crete, Illinois based full time W2 Founding President and Chief Executive Officer operating from our Crete Corporate Headquarters.
