WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

3+ years of consultative in-home sales experience (home improvement background preferred) Problem-solving mindset and genuine desire to help homeowners Self-motivation and drive to exceed expectations Valid driver's license and ability to work Monday-Saturday as needed Physical ability to access and inspect basements, crawl spaces, and foundations (lift 20+ lbs)

TRAINING SCHEDULE:

Training is located in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania office. The office is located at 7250 Big Beaver Blvd, Beaver Falls, PA 15010. Training will be about 4-12 weeks, just depending on the schedule. * This position will receive training pay, and then base pay plus percent of sale incentive after training is completed.
