We are seeking a
Crew Laborer
to join our team and assist with various hands-on tasks at job sites. If you're a hard-working, team-oriented individual who enjoys physical work and making a difference, we'd love to hear from you!What You'll Do:
Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying materials, and assisting the crew on-site. Help load and unload materials and equipment as needed. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure work environment. Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized job site.
What We're Looking For:
Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude when working as part of a team. Punctuality, reliability, and strong time management skills. A valid driver's license is required.
Additional Requirements:
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed. Commitment to adhering to company policies and procedures.
