Recruitment & Outreach

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified foster families. Represent the agency at community events, informational sessions, schools, places of worship, and other outreach opportunities. Build relationships with community partners and stakeholders to enhance recruitment efforts. Recruitment with the purpose of bringing in more diverse foster parents.

Marketing & Communications

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop recruitment materials (flyers, social media content, newsletters, etc.). Maintain a calendar of recruitment activities and campaigns. Respond to inquiries from prospective foster parents in a timely and professional manner.

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications. Background and/or education in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field is a plus. Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred. Experience in foster care, child welfare or social services preferred. Strong public speaking and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to engage diverse communities with cultural competence. Organized, self-motivated and capable of working independently. Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic database management. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
