At A Better Solution, we provide top-quality in-home care for elderly and disabled clients, and we are currently seeking passionate and reliable home health aides to join our team. As a home health aide, you will have the opportunity to provide one-on-one care to clients in the comfort of their own homes, making a real difference in their daily lives.

As a Home Health Aide with us, you will:

Assisting clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Providing medication reminders and assistance with self-administration of medications Preparing and serving meals, including special dietary needs as necessary Providing companionship and social interaction with clients Assisting with light housekeeping and laundry as needed

To be considered for this position, you must have:

1. Level II background screening - which if you do not already have one can cost as little as $90.

2. Experience - varying levels

3. Reliable Transportation

4. Communicate in English

5. Maintain a neat appearance

6. A Good Attitude!
