Develop and optimize deodorant products by creating and testing new formulations, ensuring they are stable, effective, and meet regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include blending ingredients, performing stability and performance testing, analyzing data, and collaborating with other teams like marketing and regulatory affairs.
Responsibilities:
Perform
reverse engineering
of cosmetic/aerosol formulas Runqualitative and quantitative chemical analysis
(GC/MS, HPLC, ICP-OES, etc.) Identify and measurepropellants
,actives (e.g., ACH)
,vehicles
,structuring agents
,emollients
,fragrance compounds
, etc. Handleaerosol extraction
safelyRequirements:
5+ years' experience in Aerosol Fomulation Reverse Engineering.
Bachelor`s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
Advanced knowledge of project management processes and tools.
* Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
