Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Forman to oversee construction projects and ensure they are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with a focus on pipeline projects. This role requires excellent leadership skills, the ability to manage budgets, and proficiency in various construction software tools.

Duties

Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Coordinate and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks. Oversee budgeting processes, including tracking expenses and managing resources effectively. Utilize construction estimating techniques to prepare accurate project bids and proposals. Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure all materials and services meet project requirements. Maintain clear communication with project stakeholders regarding progress, challenges, and changes in scope. Utilize software tools such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam for project management and documentation.

Skills

Strong knowledge of construction site operations and management practices. Excellent budgeting skills with experience in financial oversight of projects. Familiarity with pipeline construction processes and requirements. Ability to perform construction estimating accurately for project bids. Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on project scheduling and time management. Exceptional attention to detail for quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle. Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members, subcontractors, and clients.
