About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable

Forklift Operator

to join our team in Charlotte, NC. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating an industrial forklift to move raw materials and finished goods throughout the warehouse and production areas. You will also assist with shipping, receiving, and ensuring materials are handled efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities:

Move and store products and raw materials within the facility Follow accurate receiving procedures for incoming materials Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely Perform daily maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues Assist with spill cleanup and rework procedures as needed Participate in safety programs and maintain proper use of safety equipment Complete other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old Legally authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship provided) Able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Willing to work overtime when required

Preferred Qualifications:

1+ year of experience working with machinery in a manufacturing or warehouse environment Experience operating packaging or production equipment (e.g., robotics, filling machines, labelers) Familiarity with material-handling processes and quality checks
Job Type: Contract

Pay: $19.00 per hour
