**MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN INDUSTRIAL STEEL SHOP MOVING STEEL BEAMS AND PLATE** Essential Duties and Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Responsible for operating a forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count products. \xc2\xb7 Accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle. \xc2\xb7 Receiving/Put-Away: Unload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations. Efficiently stack and store the merchandise in the appropriate areas. \xc2\xb7 Quality: Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage. Report quality variance. \xc2\xb7 Order Picking: Pull and prepare product for shipment, ensuring that the exact number and type of product is loaded and shipped. Perform picking duties in an efficient manner that meets customer service standards. \xc2\xb7 Loading: Efficiently move product from staging and/or storage areas on to trailers. \xc2\xb7 Equipment: Load, unload, move, stack, and stage product and materials using a forklift or overhead crane. Maintain the facility\xe2\x80\x99s equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion. \xc2\xb7 Safety, Sanitation, Security: Maintains a clean, neat, and orderly work area. Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety. Comply with OSHA and MSDS Standards. Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods. Additional Duties and Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 On a daily basis, inspect and report to supervisor, any maintenance to be done on the forklift or other equipment \xc2\xb7 Participates in other duties as assigned by supervisor Minimum Experience, Education, and Licensure: \xc2\xb7 Must be 21+ years of age \xc2\xb7 Will need to become/maintain certification once employed.
