Forklift Operator
to join our team at our locationinAlsip, IL 60803
.Key Responsibilities:
Load and unload palletized materials, including work in limited or confined spaces Support shipping and receiving operations to ensure timely and accurate order flow Process orders using the company's computer system (training provided) Create, verify, and apply labels accurately to outgoing and incoming materials Safely operate forklift equipment in accordance with all company policies and safety procedures Collaborate with warehouse staff and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals
Schedule:
Monday - Friday
5:00 AM - 1:30 PM
Compensation:
Starting pay rate: $17.50 per hour (Biweekly pay)
Temp-to-Hire Opportunity: After 90 days, the pay rate may increase based on reliability, and overall job performance.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) Two valid forms of ID Must be authorized to work lawfully in the U.S. Minimum 2 years of forklift operator experience Previous Shipping and receiving experience Computer savvy with the ability to learn new systems Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality Background check and drug test will be conducted Availability to start working as soon as possible
