Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable

Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate

to join our building materials team. In this role, you will handle daily warehouse operations -- including forklift driving, material handling, and order organization -- to ensure smooth and efficient distribution of construction products.

What you'll do

Safely operate

forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment

to move building materials.

Load and unload trucks

accurately and efficiently.

Sort, label, and organize materials

in the warehouse according to inventory procedures.

Pick and prepare customer orders

, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.

Assist in shipping and receiving

, verifying incoming and outgoing deliveries. Conduct

routine inspections

on forklifts and report maintenance needs. Maintain

clean, organized, and safe

work areas at all times. Work closely with the

warehouse and logistics team

to improve efficiency and safety.

Basic qualifications

Experience operating forklifts or similar warehouse equipment (certification preferred). Familiar with warehouse operations, inventory handling, or distribution. Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a

building materials or construction supply

warehouse. Knowledge of lumber, drywall, or general construction materials.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
