Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced /Supervisor to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction management processes. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Duties

Supervise daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Manage project scheduling using Primavera P6 and other construction management software. Oversee budgeting and financial management of projects, including contracts and estimating costs. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets specifications and industry standards. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for accurate execution of projects. Utilize ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and other relevant software for project documentation and communication. Train and mentor team members in construction best practices and safety protocols. Ensure adherence to OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Skills

Proficient in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and HeavyBid. Strong understanding of construction processes including budgeting, estimating, quality control, and project scheduling. Excellent blueprint reading skills with the ability to interpret complex schematics. Previous experience in supervising teams within the construction industry. Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety regulations related to construction sites. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Strong organizational skills with a focus on effective communication and teamwork.
