Pay:

[$22-$30/ hour + bonus] (Pay grows with experience)

guaranteed PAY STRUCTURE:

We value our team's stability. Even during the down season or weather delays, you are GUARANTEED 30 hours of pay per week, even if you work less (e.g., only 1 day).

What You'll Do:

Assist with hydroseeding and silt fence installation. Operate various equipment (skid steer experience is a plus but not required). Prepare soil and job sites for projects. Travel for out-of-state jobs when needed. Help with estimates and customer interactions as you gain experience. Perform odd jobs during downtime (when weather prevents fieldwork).
