Boasting over70 years of service, TATRO is a premier Mechanical Contractor with offices in Colorado Springs, CO and Garden City, KS. TATRO currently operates in multiple states, specializing in commercial and industrial construction projects. TATRO is looking for skilled and experienced HVAC, Sheet-Metal, and Plumbing Foremen and Superintendents to join our team.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

These duties are not listed in any order of priority but will be weighted for performance management purposes.


Promote safety as the core value at TATRO. Perform accurate work in the time frame assigned. Read and follow blueprints. Perform rough-in and installations. Assign tasks to employees and supervise crew. Provide guidance and direction to apprentices/helpers. Ensure safety, client satisfaction and quality consistent with TATRO standards. Devote 80% or more of your time to actual work installation and installation-related duties, and 20% or less of your time to management and administrative related duties. Provide comprehensive onsite practical and technical direction pertaining to contract scope of work. Oversee the scheduling, coordination, and supervision of all onsite crew activities. Supervise and coordinate all on site field operation of TATRO. and associated sub-contractors. Adhere to project schedule and orchestrate timely project completion within budgeted costs. Cooperate with Project Management and maintain open lines of communication regarding matters concerning project budget, productivity, change orders, and customer satisfaction. Practice, promote, and develop mentoring at all trade and manpower levels throughout the project. Ensure client satisfaction and quality consistent with TATRO standards.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS:

Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment. Strong knowledge of construction industry. Basic mathematical problem solving. HVAC and/or Plumbing knowledge Basic computer/ tablet skills, including Microsoft Office products and email services. Journeyman s License is required. Valid Driver s License. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test. Must be willing to travel when needed.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Occasional lifting up to 50lbs



Ability to bend, twist, squat, kneel, climb, work overhead, stand for long periods as needed.

COMPENSATION:

$27.00-$40.00 per hour, depending on experience.
