Foreman - Traffic Signals

to lead our electrical construction crews in

Phoenix, AZ

Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily field operations for traffic signal installation, maintenance, and upgrades. Supervise and direct crews to ensure work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to safety/quality standards. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, inspectors, and city/state agencies. Read and interpret blueprints, electrical diagrams, and specifications. Oversee installation of poles, mast arms, conduits, wiring, controllers, and signal heads. Monitor safety compliance and enforce OSHA, DOT, and local regulations. Order and track materials, equipment, and tools for projects. Provide hands-on support, troubleshooting, and problem resolution in the field. Train and mentor crew members to build strong, efficient teams. Maintain accurate daily logs, production reports, and timesheets.
Qualifications:

5+ years of traffic signal, roadway lighting, or electrical construction experience. 2+ years in a foreman or crew lead role. Strong knowledge of MUTCD standards, ADOT requirements, and traffic control plans. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and electrical schematics. Experience with underground conduit installation, pole setting, and electrical terminations. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. CDL license preferred but not required. IMSA Traffic Signal Technician Certification (Level I or higher) strongly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
