What You'll Do

Lead a roofing crew on residential and commercial projects from start to finish Ensure all safety and quality standards are strictly followed Manage daily on-site logistics and communicate updates with customers and office staff Maintain timelines and deliver high-standard results across all installations Coach and support your team for continued growth and success

Pay & Incentives

$31-$35/hr + Weekly Bonuses Company Truck & Gas Card Provided

Schedule & Location

Full-time | Monday-Friday, 7AM-5PM Weekend availability as needed Based in Bend, OR

Requirements

2+ years as a Roofing Foreman Experience with composition shingles (no flat roofing) Valid driver's license and insurable record Able to lift 50 lbs and work in all weather conditions Leadership, reliability, and strong communication are a must
