, you'll play a

critical role in ensuring smooth project execution

The Role:




Lead and supervise the on-site installation process - ensuring quality work and safety standards are met Basic understanding of plumbing and electricity for sump pump installation Protect and enhance customer experience throughout the installation process. Efficiently complete service work to meet customer needs and expectations. Manage tools, materials, and crew members on every job Conflict resolution - ability to address concerns that arise during the installation process, fueled by misunderstandings of the contract and sales presentation.

Requirements




Basic understanding of plumbing and electricity for sump pump installation Leadership, Organization, and Conflict Resolution A valid driver's license with a clean record is required Driving a Dump Truck and DOT Experience with Office 365, Salesforce, or other CRM software is helpful Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. multiple times a day
