Northern Virginia commercial mechanical company specializing in healthcare construction has a full time position available for an EXPERIENCED Mechanical Foreman.


Required skills include:


10+ years of commercial HVAC/Plumbing experience 5+ years of supervising crews of (5) or more persons running entire mechanical portion of commercial projects (HVAC/Plumbing) Virginia Masters in Plumbing and/or HVAC Mechanical Healthcare experience preferred Medical Gas Installer/Brazer certification preferred OSHA 30 preferred

Multi-limb coordination - ability to coordinate two or more limbs while sitting, standing or lying down. Extent Flexibility - ability to bend stretch, twist, or reach with your body, arms and/or legs.

Safety Importance - Wear welder and common protective/safety equipment such as face shield when performing hot work, work boots, safety glasses if not performing hot work that requires full face shield, gloves, hearing protection, hard hats, and safety vests. Flexibility to Working Conditions - ability to work outdoors exposed to weather and ability to work in either hot or cold areas. Must be able to meet the physical demands of the jobs including lifting and climbing.
