Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of installers. Collaborate closely with production managers to ensure timely and effective project completion. Conduct site evaluations Mentor and train team members in safety protocols and proper techniques to ensure a secure and efficient workplace. Maintain equipment and adhere to safety regulations and company policies. Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a remarkable service experience. Participate in weekly team meetings and monthly safety sessions.

Qualifications:

Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team. Exceptional communication abilities and a talent for building positive relationships. Keen attention to detail and a dedication to high-quality workmanship. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
