Now Hiring: Experienced Foreman (4-5 Years)

We are looking for a reliable, motivated Foreman to join our team! The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in a foreman or supervisory role, strong leadership qualities, and the ability to keep projects moving safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

What You'll Do:

Supervise daily crew activities and ensure quality workmanship Coordinate job schedules, materials, and equipment Read and interpret plans/grade specifications; ability to configure grade is a plus Communicate clearly with team members, management, and clients Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites Complete logs, reports, and other foreman documentation Perform additional tasks as needed to support smooth project operations
What We're Looking For:

4-5 years of experience in a foreman or similar leadership position Strong communication and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record Ability to lead crews, manage deadlines, and uphold safety standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
