AECOM is actively seeking a highly motivated Force Account Coordinator in the Berlin, CT office.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

+ Participates in scheduling of force account activities to meet project goals.

+ Attends progress meetings to coordinate force account work with third party contractor work.

+ Relies on extensive experience and independent judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

+ Responsible for coordination of all railroad force account work for existing and upcoming projects in CT.

+ Responsible for setting own project deadlines.

+ Provides on the job training to new employees.

+ Responsible for monitoring conformance to quality, performance, specifications, and/or code requirements by performing inspection duties.

+ Performs field inspections as required and maintains inspection records.

+ Participates in punch lists, testing, and commissioning.

+ Tracks quality assurance progress reports

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
+ BA/BS + 8 Years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

Preferred Qualifications:
+ 10 years of direct railroad experience.
