As a Football Recruiting Coach, you'll be pivotal in guiding these athletes towards remarkable achievements in college football and life.

Our current college football scholarship success rate is 83%, and we are looking to take that to the next level.

Responsibilities:

Mentor and inspire athletes, instilling the Next Play recruiting system and mindset for success on and off the field. Evaluate athletes' skills and potential through their game film, focusing on their unique strengths and overcoming perceived limitations to match them with the proper college programs. Develop customized strategies for each athlete to enhance visibility and appeal to college football programs. Lead educational sessions and workshops on effective football scholarship strategies. Build strong relationships with athletes and families, offering personalized support and guidance. Helping students and families understand and maximize the recruiting process. Collaborate with our team to create impactful attention packages and leadership development programs. Cultivate a community atmosphere that supports and celebrates the success of every athlete. Client retention and maintaining a high satisfaction level. Generating client referrals.

Qualifications

A deep understanding of the challenges faced by high school football players and a passion for helping them succeed. Experience as a college athlete is a huge bonus. Football highly preferred. Experience in college football coaching or recruiting, with a focus on developing overlooked talent. Strong communication and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire. Flexibility to work with a diverse range of athletes and accommodate varying schedules.

Requirements

Experience

: A background as a former college football coach is required, with collegiate recruiting experience preferred.

Skills

: The ability to effectively evaluate, teach, and communicate with student-athletes. Organizational and detail orientation, strong work ethic, professional phone/zoom demeanor, and good writing skills. Must be tech-savvy and efficient in Google Sheets.

Technical Proficiency

: Familiarity with Google tools.

Flexibility

: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends however you do pick your own hours.
