The Northern California Team is looking for a high energy CAS for the San Francisco Bay Area and its surrounding area. As a Customer Account Specialist (CAS) you will be responsible for driving incremental volume growth and sustain existing volume by owning relationships with foodservice operators and selling company product lines across our K-12, Colleges & Universities, Healthcare, Commercial and Lodging channels.
You will work closely with the Foodservice Account Executives (Distributor Managers) and communicate regularly with CAS peers while providing expertise to your foodservice customers regarding our products, competitors, and other industry knowledge. You will also leverage sales tools and analyze internal reporting to strategically plan daily activities to identify new business opportunities. You will support critical foodservice distributor and industry events (ie. Food Shows, Distributor Sales Meetings, Targeted Blitzes, etc.).
Strong candidates will demonstrate the ability to build strong relationships through active listening, empathizing and possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Exceptional and consistent communication skills are a must in working with both internal and external stakeholders. This role is based in San Francisco/Peninsula and the surrounding areas and may include some overnight stays.
