Responsibilities

Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies before and during service Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff according to company standards Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and timely fashion Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, prep areas, and storage Operate fryers and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Handle food properly according to health and safety regulations (ServSafe standards a plus) Assist with prep tasks such as battering chicken, cutting produce, portioning sauces, etc. Communicate effectively with the team to ensure smooth kitchen flow Take direction from kitchen leads or managers and stay adaptable under pressure

Requirements

Prior kitchen or line cook experience is preferred but not required (we will train the right candidate) Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Team player with a positive attitude and solid work ethic Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Food Handler's Certificate (or ability to obtain prior to first shift)
