Description: We are looking for an engaging, courteous Food Truck Worker who is passionate about food and beverage preparation and customer service. The Food Truck Worker will greet customers, answer their questions, take orders, accept payments, and prepare and serve food. You will also maintain a clean and well-stocked workspace and seating area, update displays, and continuously expand your knowledge of food and beverage quality controls, preparation methods and presentation. To succeed, you should be committed to providing customers with excellent service. Be positive, friendly, knowledgeable, and polite.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
Welcome customers, informing them about specials, latest items, answering questions and accepting payments.
Preparing and serving food from a mobile kitchen.
Ability to operate fryers and grill.
Cleaning and restocking, seating areas, empty trash, sanitizing equipment and utensils.
Update signage and displays to attract customers.
Work as part of a fun, highenergy team adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls.
Participating in event service and cleaning the truck in preparation for the next shift.
Follow guidelines for safe food handling and storage.

Qualifications:
Minimum of six (6) months in a similar role.
Knowledge of food preparation and food safety regulations.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Basic math skills for cash handling.
Possess and maintain a valid driver's license; ability to drive a F250 truck towing a trailer (Preferred not Required).

Education:
High School Diploma or GED.
Food Handlers certificate.

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, and lift arms over shoulders or head.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

Mental Requirements:
Ability to read and understand simple instructions relating to the field of expertise.
Ability to properly speak and have command of the language to properly explain or give instructions to staff.

Environmental Requirements:
Ability to work in an environment where there may be background noise for other personnel.
