4 Noses Brewing is opening a permanent food trailer, The Outpost, a new smash-burger concept located at 4 Noses Brewing in Broomfield. We are looking for part-time food truck operators who are passionate about putting out a great product, providing great service, and keeping a clean workspace. We will be opening more trailers around town, so there are opportunities for growth and full-time work for the right candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

4 Noses Brewing is a busy brewery taproom located in Broomfield, CO. The Outpost represents our second food trailer concept, with the first being Corner Pizza at Wild Provisions Beer Project in Boulder. Food truck operators will participate in food prep, food grilling/frying/assembly, and the service of guests. Food truck operators start at $18/hour, but receive tips from guests, resulting in pay between $25-$30/hour. Unlike most food trucks/trailers, ours never moves, so no need to stress about where you'll be working or driving a truck across town. We will be opening a second identical trailer at another brewery nearby, allowing employees to pick up more shifts. Our commissary is located nearby in Lafayette, and we may occasionally require work to be performed there.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Stock and empty water tanks, with periodic tank/hose cleaning Prepping meat and produce for service Frying, Grilling, toasting, and assembly of food Cleaning of surfaces and equipment Dishwashing Adhering to strict food safety standards Other tasks as necessary, such as replacing fryer oil, deap-cleaning, and assisting with inventory of products
